- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, validating, and scaling breakthrough innovations
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics) and assess commercial viability
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks and future scenarios to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Drive R&D initiatives with $5M+ annual budget across 3+ innovation verticals
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track adoption of future-ready technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record launching market-disruptive products/services post-2020
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AGI, sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required; PhD preferred
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million R&D budgets
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent training
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology journals
- Experience scaling global innovation teams across 3+ continents
