Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Design and oversee the implementation of the company's long-term technical roadmap, specifically focusing on next-generation AI and autonomous systems.
- Infrastructure Scalability: Build robust, fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data and real-time processing demands.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Advanced LLMs) into our existing ecosystem.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and cybersecurity.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Engineering Manager role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Java, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- AI/ML Proficiency: Strong background in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think strategically about technology trends and their impact on business goals.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
