Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the architectural planning for the next 5 years, identifying emerging tech trends like Generative AI and Quantum Readiness.
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling high-volume data streams and complex computations.
- AI Integration: Oversee the integration of advanced machine learning models into core business processes to drive automation and efficiency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest standards of data security and industry compliance.
- Roadmap Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate strategic goals into technical execution plans.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- AI Proficiency: Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and large language models (LLMs).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical problems and make data-driven architectural decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
