Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 transition.
- Architect scalable, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling exponential data growth.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business goals into technical realities.
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum) into our core stack.
- Ensure system security and compliance with evolving global data regulations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in a high-growth environment.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices.
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning infrastructure.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts is a major plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
