Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and oversee the technical strategy for autonomous agents, ensuring scalability and reliability for the future.
- System Design: Create robust microservices architectures and cloud-native solutions that can handle massive concurrent loads.
- Prototype & Innovate: Spearhead Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives for emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Quantum-ready protocols.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and set architectural standards across the organization.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable strategies for C-suite executives and product teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior engineering role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines, neural networks, and LLM integration.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in ambiguous environments.
