Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption and market positioning
- Analyze emerging trends (quantum computing, bio-convergence, metaverse ecosystems) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to align product development with future market demands
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for long-term innovation pipelines
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership on technology futures and competitive disruption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Economics, or related field
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Published thought leadership or patents in future technologies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
