- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation pipeline
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum AI, neurointerfaces, climate tech) for strategic implementation
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech integration
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members securing $500M+ in R&D funding
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Leaders Academy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record launching products that redefine industry standards
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainability tech ecosystems
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing $50M+ R&D budgets
- PhD or MBA from top-tier institution (MIT, Stanford, Harvard preferred)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or Nature journal
- Proficiency in future-casting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi analysis)
