Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Design and oversee the development of high-performance, scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling future workloads.
- Technical Leadership: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists in implementing cutting-edge algorithms and machine learning models.
- R&D Strategy: Identify emerging technologies and trends (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) to integrate into our product ecosystem.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize system performance, latency, and resource utilization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric solutions.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to industry standards, data privacy regulations, and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing complex distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to mentor teams, drive technical decisions, and foster a culture of innovation.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and executive presentations.
