Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patents in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design next-generation quantum processors
- Develop error mitigation strategies for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Translate theoretical quantum models into practical industry applications
- Present findings at international conferences and secure government/private funding
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent high-impact journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological quantum computing
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum circuit optimization techniques
- Demonstrated ability to secure competitive research grants
- Experience mentoring graduate researchers and leading technical teams
