Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Design and deploy scalable AI infrastructure using Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP).
- Implement and optimize inference pipelines to reduce latency and improve cost-efficiency.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, bias mitigation, and ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into production workflows.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical vision of the company.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Transformers, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus).
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Track record of shipping production-grade machine learning models.
- Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks and autonomous systems.
