Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI systems for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead technical strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and futuristic industry trends.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and implement best practices for cloud infrastructure.

- Identify potential risks and technical bottlenecks in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
- Experience with MLOps and data pipeline architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
