Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize deep learning models for high-scale deployment and real-time inference.
- Lead technical initiatives in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision to enhance our core product.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain our high engineering standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional product and design teams to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience building production-level Machine Learning systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/K8s).
