Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and deploy scalable AI architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data flows and real-time inference.
- Lead AI Strategy: Define the technical vision for Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) integrations to ensure competitive advantage in 2026.
- Optimize Edge Computing: Develop and optimize models for edge devices, ensuring low-latency performance in distributed environments.
- Bridge Theory and Practice: Translate complex academic research into robust, production-grade software components.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of technical excellence by mentoring junior engineers and data scientists.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect sensitive training data and model outputs.
- Performance Tuning: Continuously monitor and optimize model latency and resource utilization.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Reinforcement Learning.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing technical roadmaps.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous problems and design systems for long-term scalability.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
