Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures tailored for 2026 standards, focusing on Agentic AI and autonomous decision-making systems.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of AI model deployment, from research to production-grade infrastructure using MLOps best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate ethical AI frameworks into core products.
- Future-proof our technology stack by evaluating emerging paradigms such as Quantum-ready algorithms and neuromorphic computing.
- Optimize system latency and resource efficiency to support real-time, large-scale data processing.
- Establish technical standards and governance policies for AI safety and compliance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Airflow.
- Proven track record of designing distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data workloads.
- Strong understanding of LLM (Large Language Model) fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and prompt engineering architectures.
- Familiarity with ethical AI principles, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, AI Act).
