Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the integration of advanced AI and automation strategies into core business processes.
- Identify and assess emerging tech trends (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with HR and Engineering to design a scalable, future-proof organizational structure.
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and drive adoption of new methodologies.
- Mentor a team of future-tech specialists and junior strategists.
- Measure the impact of strategic initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, IT Management, or Business Operations.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in a large-scale enterprise.
- Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and their ethical implications in the workplace.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to forecast market trends.
