Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards) to identify and engage top talent for technical roles.
- Screening: Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Scheduling: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers seamlessly.
- ATS Management: Maintain and update candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System.
- Client Relations: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends to advise candidates on salary expectations and job opportunities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software (ATS).
- Drive: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and self-starting attitude.
- Reliability: Ability to work full-time hours with a professional demeanor.
- No Experience Required: We train you from the ground up if you have the right attitude.
