Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues across 500+ endpoints
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS workstations in enterprise environments
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate knowledge base articles
- Assist with network monitoring and basic cybersecurity protocols
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Train employees on new technology implementations
- Support office AV systems and video conferencing setups
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Google IT) preferred
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving skills with customer service aptitude
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues systematically
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and cloud platforms
- Valid Texas driver's license (occasional off-site support required)
