As an Entry Level IT Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth operations and resolving technical issues. We provide comprehensive training and mentorship to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a Windows environment.
- Maintain and update inventory of computer equipment and peripherals.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and mobile devices.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement best practices and improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems.
