Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Manage user account provisioning and access controls
- Document IT procedures and maintain knowledge base
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring
- Install and configure workstations/peripherals

- Conduct periodic system health checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
