Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist with desktop/laptop setup, configuration, and maintenance
- Manage helpdesk tickets and resolve user inquiries within SLAs
- Install and configure operating systems and business applications
- Document IT processes and create technical knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting projects
- Participate in IT asset management and inventory audits
Qualifications
