- Resolve billing and account issues with 95% first-contact resolution
- Document interactions in CRM systems with precise detail
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Participate in weekly performance improvement sessions
- Support seasonal peak-volume periods with flexible scheduling
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years customer service experience (internships count!)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM
- Valid New Mexico driver's license preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
