In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical future-tech and practical implementation. You won't just be maintaining systems; you will be architecting the foundation for the next decade of human-machine collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead the R&D strategy for next-generation computing paradigms, including Quantum and Neuromorphic computing integration.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant architectures capable of processing petabytes of real-time AI data streams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and deploy "2026-ready" software solutions.
- Establish ethical frameworks and safety protocols for autonomous AI systems.
- Conduct rigorous technical assessments to identify emerging tech trends relevant to our long-term roadmap.
- Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists in advanced system design methodologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in high-scale AI or distributed systems.
- Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, and modern cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
- Experience with Neural Networks, LLMs, or Quantum Computing libraries is a strong plus.
