Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 AI and Machine Learning roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional workshops with product, engineering, and executive leadership to identify high-impact AI use cases.
- Monitor and analyze emerging global tech trends, competitor innovations, and regulatory changes to inform strategic pivots.
- Oversee the development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for next-gen technologies, ensuring feasibility and scalability.
- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation and rapid prototyping within the R&D department.
- Manage the budget and resource allocation for strategic technology initiatives and vendor partnerships.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and drive buy-in for long-term investments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic roles within the technology sector, with at least 5 years in AI or advanced data strategy.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformations or defining technology roadmaps for major organizations.
- Deep understanding of current and emerging AI technologies, including Large Language Models, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data into actionable strategic insights.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring diverse teams and executive audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment with a focus on delivering results in a volatile market.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
