Responsibilities
- Sort, pack, and label inventory in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital tracking systems
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks with proper equipment operation
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation
- Reliable transportation to North Phoenix industrial complex
