Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 15+ night shift warehouse associates to ensure peak productivity
- Optimize inventory management systems with 99.9% accuracy standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless loading/unloading operations
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols and maintain zero-accident culture
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries with exceptional service standards
- Generate performance reports for daily/weekly leadership reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPI targets
- Availability for flexible overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
