As a key strategic partner to the CEO, you will be responsible for identifying emerging trends, such as Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and the Metaverse, and translating them into actionable business roadmaps. Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Define and execute a long-term technology roadmap aligned with global trends, ensuring our infrastructure is ready for the future of work.
- AI Leadership: Lead the strategic integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning across all business units to drive efficiency, automation, and competitive advantage.
- Emerging Tech Assessment: Identify and evaluate emerging tech stacks (e.g., Web3, Biotech interfaces, Advanced Robotics) to assess their viability for corporate deployment.
- Innovation Lab: Establish and manage a forward-looking innovation lab focused on 'What If' scenarios and experimental projects for the year 2026 and beyond.
- C-Suite Collaboration: Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology vision with broader business objectives and financial goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and understanding of future capabilities.
Qualifications
- Strategic Leadership: 15+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a C-level or VP capacity managing complex IT ecosystems.
- Tech Visionary: Proven track record of predicting and leveraging emerging technologies (AI, VR/AR, Quantum) in a commercial setting.
- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of how technology impacts business models, revenue streams, and operational efficiency.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
