Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term goals with business outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional innovation teams to develop breakthrough products and services.
- Predict and adapt to emerging trends in AI, Blockchain, and Edge Computing.
- Manage the innovation budget and allocate resources for high-impact projects.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and disruptive thinking.
- Identify strategic partnerships and acquisitions to accelerate our 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, including at least 5 years in a C-suite or senior executive role.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of the technological landscape expected in 2026, including Generative AI and autonomous systems.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and executive communication skills.
- Experience in scaling high-growth tech companies.
