- Identify emerging tech disruptors (neuromorphic computing, synthetic data) and assess commercial viability
- Drive R&D initiatives in autonomous systems and predictive analytics with 10+ year impact modeling
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate AI ethics and governance into product lifecycles
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups for next-gen AI talent acquisition
- Present innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up
- Expertise in generative AI, quantum computing, and predictive modeling frameworks
- Proven track record of launching AI products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences or patents in quantum AI
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience building AI innovation labs with $10M+ budgets
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or related quantitative field
