Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and emerging industry trends
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of AI researchers, engineers, and product specialists
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia, industry leaders, and government entities
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and bias mitigation
- Present AI vision and progress to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Drive innovation in generative AI, machine learning, and human-AI collaboration
- Secure and manage R&D budgets exceeding $50M annually
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Deep expertise in generative AI, neural networks, and NLP
- Experience with AI ethics, regulatory compliance, and policy development
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research or patents in top-tier AI conferences/journals
- Experience managing teams of 50+ technical professionals
