Responsibilities
- Lead advanced R&D projects in next-gen AI architectures with 3+ year roadmaps
- Develop novel algorithms for quantum-enhanced neural networks and explainable AI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI solutions in healthcare, climate tech, and autonomous systems
- Secure $5M+ in research grants and publish in top-tier journals (NeurIPS, Nature AI)
- Mentor PhD candidates and postdocs in our 2026 Future Leaders program
- Patent breakthrough technologies with 10+ annual IP submissions
- Present findings at global AI summits including World Economic Forum Davos
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years of research experience
- Published 20+ papers in AI/ML journals with h-index >30
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum computing
- Proven track record of securing NSF or EU Horizon grants
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow Quantum, and high-performance computing
- Experience leading multi-institutional research consortia
- Strong ethical AI governance background with regulatory compliance expertise
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
