Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for next-generation AI applications
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum-inspired machine learning
- Develop scalable solutions for ethical AI deployment and bias mitigation
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into commercial innovations
- Author high-impact publications and patents in top-tier AI conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with advanced neural network architectures
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing in NeurIPS, ICML, or similar top-tier venues
- Strong background in quantum computing principles or neuromorphic systems
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex theoretical concepts into practical implementations
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with creative approaches to AI challenges
