Responsibilities

- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for bias mitigation, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance in autonomous systems.
- Future-Proof Prototyping: Build proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies such as brain-computer interfaces and holographic interfaces.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of elite engineers and drive the technical vision for the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in leading AI/ML infrastructure projects.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Quantum Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum algorithms and cloud quantum computing platforms (e.g., IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
