Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic planning

- Proficiency in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with global AI policy bodies (OECD, WEF)
- Track record of commercializing AI breakthroughs
