Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI models

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years AI research experience
- Published peer-reviewed research in top-tier AI ethics venues (e.g., FAccT, AIES)
- Expertise in adversarial machine learning and bias mitigation techniques
- Proven track record leading multidisciplinary research teams
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and causal inference methodologies
- Demonstrated experience with quantum computing ethics applications
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
