As a key member of our Future Technologies Council, you'll collaborate with engineers, policymakers, and ethicists to build transparent, auditable AI systems. You'll pioneer industry benchmarks for ethical AI deployment while mentoring cross-functional teams on responsible innovation practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 product launches
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for machine learning models
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption strategies
- Create compliance protocols for emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Mentor engineering teams on ethical design principles
- Author industry white papers on AI ethics best practices
- Represent company at global AI ethics summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for large language models
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU, US, Asia)
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI frameworks in production environments
- Certification in Responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google Responsible AI)
- Experience with participatory design methodologies for AI systems
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics journals or conferences
