Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, Web4.0) for adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation teams to prototype and deploy future-focused solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic decisions
- Present technology roadmaps and ROI projections to executive leadership and board
- Foster a culture of innovation through hackathons, R&D partnerships, and thought leadership
- Collaborate with VCs and research institutions to scout disruptive startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or biotech
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Ethics) preferred
