Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits and algorithms for real-world commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for industrial-scale quantum processors
- Create architectural blueprints for hybrid quantum-classical computing systems
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to implement quantum solutions in finance, logistics, and AI
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation in quantum hardware-software co-design
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and computational complexity
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale technical projects
