- Collaborate with C-suite to prioritize tech investments and resource allocation
- Conduct scenario planning for geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech ecosystems
- Establish innovation KPIs and track progress against future-state benchmarks
- Mentor teams in futuristic methodologies like anticipatory design and adaptive systems thinking
- Present strategic visions to investors and board members through compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Deep expertise in AI, blockchain, and quantum computing fundamentals
- Proven track record of launching products with 5+ year market vision
- Certification in futures studies or technology foresight methodologies preferred
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 future-tech commercialization projects
