- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ business environments, including climate adaptation and workforce transformation
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and future-focused organizations to pioneer breakthrough solutions
- Present visionary roadmaps to stakeholders and investors, translating complex futures into compelling narratives
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists, cultivating next-generation strategic thinking
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their commercial applications
- Deep understanding of global megatrends (climate change, demographic shifts, digital transformation)
- Exceptional scenario-planning and strategic foresight methodologies certification preferred
- Track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD/Master's preferred)
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investment committees on future-oriented strategies
