- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budget through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present strategic vision to board members and investors quarterly
- Mentor innovation champions across global offices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, or equivalent)
