Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global trends across technology, economics, and social paradigms to inform strategic roadmaps

- Lead innovation sprints with C-suite executives to prototype future-ready solutions
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Present visionary blueprints to investors, board members, and key stakeholders
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) in core operations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (whitepapers, journals)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term transformation
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP) preferred
