Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2035 strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Identify and validate emerging technology disruptions (AI, quantum computing, biotech) through market research and expert interviews
- Design bespoke foresight frameworks to help organizations prepare for regulatory, environmental, and social shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops with executive stakeholders to align on future-proof business models
- Produce high-impact trend reports and visualizations for C-level decision-making
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Mentor junior futurists while advancing organizational foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for technology-driven industries
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: AI ethics, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals or major industry publications
- MBA or advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience advising boards on climate risk and ESG compliance frameworks
