Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize emerging trends from AI, biotech, and quantum computing sectors
- Produce quarterly horizon-scanning reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Design and maintain a proprietary trend-impact assessment matrix for strategic decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to forecast disruptive developments
- Mentor junior futurists while cultivating a culture of proactive innovation across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused research roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technological impact assessment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, climate tech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex foresight into stakeholder narratives
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFCS, CFP) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives implemented through foresight work
