- Monitor geopolitical, environmental, and socioeconomic indicators to anticipate disruptive shifts
- Design stakeholder engagement strategies for future-state adoption and change management
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future concepts
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term transformation
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-state frameworks or thought leadership
