Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, economic, and social trends to build 2026 strategic scenarios
- Develop predictive models using AI-driven analytics and proprietary forecasting tools
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into executable business plans
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish industry partnerships with innovation labs and research institutions
- Author quarterly trend briefings and annual strategic outlook reports
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or trend analysis role
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and predictive modeling
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI analytics platforms
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
