Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning models for disruptive technologies and market transformations
- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing business operations and product roadmaps
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., from the Association of Professional Futurists)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ long-term strategic frameworks implemented at scale
