As part of our elite Future Strategy Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global thought leaders to identify emerging trends, disrupt conventional thinking, and develop actionable strategies that position us at the vanguard of technological evolution.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic foresight frameworks using quantitative and qualitative methodologies
- Present actionable insights to executive leadership through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Coordinate cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and strategic implications
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced scenario planning and trend analysis techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards of directors
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation domains
