Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks for emerging industries
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive trends and paradigm shifts
- Author high-impact scenario planning documents for executive leadership
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation impact
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurism symposia and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Visionaries program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused research
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (portfolio required)
- Advanced proficiency in foresight software (e.g., Foresight Platform, Scenario Lab)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex future scenarios into actionable strategies
