- Algorithmic Innovation: Research and prototype novel algorithms aimed at reducing inference latency and improving model efficiency by 2026 standards.
- AI Ethics & Compliance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI, ensuring transparency and fairness in autonomous decision-making processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and UX designers to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Mastery: 5+ years of experience building production-grade AI systems with Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep Learning Expertise: Proficiency in designing and training deep neural networks, including Transformers and GANs.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Strong background in deploying models on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure using Kubernetes and Docker.
- 2026 Vision: Demonstrated interest or experience in emerging tech trends such as Neuromorphic Computing, Edge AI, or Agentic AI workflows.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
