- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Design and pilot minimum-viable innovation projects with measurable ROI
- Champion human-centered design principles in all innovation initiatives
- Build and manage an internal innovation incubator program
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track portfolio performance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology preferred
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, IXL) or equivalent
- Portfolio of successful innovation initiatives with quantifiable impact
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
